Data Deletion Instructions

Shareend allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

If you wish to delete your Shareend account and all related information, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to support@shareend.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your Shareend account

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and delete your account along with associated data stored by Shareend.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, the following data will be removed:

  • Your Shareend account profile
  • Connected social media account tokens
  • Scheduled posts and stored content
  • Any stored usage data associated with your account

Please note that content already published to social media platforms will remain on those platforms and must be managed directly through those services.

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days.
